Awesome news for all our Café Isan die-hards out there: the weather has cooled down and one of our favourite Thai joints is taking their lively atmosphere outside.
The ever-smiling crew at the Café Isan are set to welcome you and your gang to their licensed outdoor terrace in JLT.
That means less time wrangling to get a table at the hugely popular, Time Out award-winning café, and more time fiddling with chopsticks to transport those famed eats to your mouth.
Indisputably the most authentic Thai food in the city, Café Isan’s menu is one to treasure, and this new terrace is the perfect excuse for (yet more) repeat visits.

Whether you choose to go with barbecue blockbusters like the new Songkran burger – a succulent chicken patty in a crunchy satay coating with a carrot and onion salsa, mature cheddar, homemade peanut sauce and garlic with a side of skinny fries – or ridiculously good grilled squid, you won’t be wanting for top eats.
The best part? You can wash it all down with your favourite drinks al fresco.

We reckon it will fast go down as one of the coolest spots in the city to bring a date or hang out with friends.
