Partial to a pool day and want to take your poolside game to the next level? Look no further. The world’s highest new 360-degree infinity pool, AURA, is now open on the 50th floor of The Palm Tower – and as you can see for these snaps, it’s rather ridiculous.

Synonymous with superlatives, it’s only fitting that Dubai is the home to this exciting new addition to its leisure line-up.

You can expect great things from this much-anticipated new venue, brought to you by the creators of some of Dubai’s most popular hang-outs, Drift Beach Club, Azure Beach and Ammos.

Sitting pretty 200m up on Nakheel’s Palm Tower, also home to the St. Regis Dubai, you’ll need to book a ticket in advance to visit AURA Skypool.

Various packages are available, from Dhs170 for what might just be your best ever swim selfie, to Dhs275 for the full VIP Island experience.

Expect your gaze to be pulled in all different directions with wall-to-wall azure views of the pool, sea and sky while you spot all of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks from on-high, from Ain Dubai to Burj Khalifa. Get a birds-eye view of Palm Jumeirah and a peak across the Arabian Gulf at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

The elevated oasis brings together a captivating mix of lush greenery and natural elements that are tastefully juxtaposed with Dubai’s metropolis skyline, making for a heady mix of views and vibes that are guaranteed to get you in the mood for a good time.

Along with serving views, there’s a poolside menu of Pan-Asian bowls, flatbreads and yakitori to graze on.

There are three bookable time slots available, including a relaxing morning option (10 am-2 pm) and an evening sunset session (3 pm -sunset).

Alternatively, if you want to soak up as much of the incredible atmosphere as possible, there is a full day package available too.

You can also book private events at Aura, from product launches to company parties. It’s one to impress those all-important clients.

Without delay, grab your sunhats and take your pool days to new heights at this island in the sky.

The experts behind AURA, Sunset Hospitality, are also bringing London Sushi favourite, Sushi Samba, to the Palm Tower this November.

Stay tuned.
