In Abu Dhabi today, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, graced the Dubai Airshow 2023 at DWC. During his visit, he explored the exhibition spaces and pavilions, taking in the diverse displays presented by both local and international companies participating in this year’s edition.

Engaging in conversations with exhibitors, Sheikh Mohamed received briefings on the latest advancements within the aviation sector. These discussions encompassed the integration of innovative technologies and developments in the utilization of sustainable aviation fuel. His Highness extended his best wishes for the success of the event and its participants.

Highlighting the 18th edition of the Dubai Airshow, Sheikh Mohamed emphasized its sustained success since inception, underscoring the UAE’s pivotal role as a key partner in the global aviation industry.

The UAE President observed that the airshow serves as a crucial platform for decision-makers, industry leaders, experts, and stakeholders to convene and deliberate on innovative solutions and future trends in aviation development. He underscored the sector’s vital role in stimulating and supporting the growth of related industries in the UAE.

Accompanying Sheikh Mohamed during his tour were Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Presidential Court.
