Abu Dhabi Police issued a traffic alert regarding the Saih Shuaib Bridge following heavy rainfall across various parts of the country.
In a statement posted on their official social media platforms, the Traffic and Patrol Directorate recommended drivers to consider alternative routes. 
“Due to current conditions, traffic has been rerouted from the Saih Shuaib Bridge on Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Street towards Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Road leading to Dubai. Please utilize alternative routes,” the announcement stated.
Earlier, the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced a diversion on Sheikh Zayed Road due to water accumulation.
“Temporary road diversion is in place at Sheikh Zayed Road in the Jebel Ali area due to water logging,” RTA informed.
To minimize delays, RTA suggested routes such as Sheikh Zayed and Emirates Road for travelers heading towards Abu Dhabi, or Seih Shuaib St. followed by Sheikh Zayed and Emirates Road for those traveling from Abu Dhabi.
RTA’s teams are actively managing the situation to ensure smooth traffic flow.
