The UAE’s 50th anniversary is happening on Thursday, December 2 and everyone is getting into the celebratory spirit. Want to mark the milestone Golden Jubilee more literally? Adrift Burger Bar is launching an exclusive 24K Burger at Expo 2020 Dubai.

If you ask us, there’s no better way to mark the United Arab Emirates’ 50th National Day than with food and the exclusive Adrift Burger 24K Burger is certainly a memorable way to do it.

The bougie burger is made up of 5oz US wagyu beef patties, Taleggio cheese, Italian truffle, lettuce and onion slaw. The fancy vibes are upped with Oscietra caviar and two other types of truffle: freshly shaved black truffle and truffle aioli. Adrift Burger Bar’s exclusive creation is served on a lightly toasted brioche bun wrapped in gold leaf. Who’s fancy now?

The 24K Burger will be available as of December 2 at Expo 2020 Dubai. It is similar to the Bentley Burger that was launched at Adrift’s Venice Beach pop-up last year. The luxurious burger is the creation of Michelin-rated chef David Myers, who was originally inspired to take “Americana comfort food to another level by adding lashings of luxe to it.” The luxury level is definitely there, and so appropriate for a Golden Jubilee.

Ready to chow down? Finish the meal with Adrift’s new and equally luxe sides: fried truffle cheese balls and tater tots with caviar.

Adrift Burger Bar launched in Venice with its unique elevated burgers. It is having a six-month pop-up at Expo 2020 Dubai and offers takeaway and dine-in options on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wondering how to celebrate the UAE National Day 2021? It was announced there will be a special four-day public holiday in honour of the United Arab Emirates’ 50th anniversary. Those working in the public and private sectors will get off Wednesday, December 1 to Saturday, December 4, so they can mark National Day and Commemoration Day with a four-day weekend. We’re counting down.
