Global superstars Disclosure will headline this year’s hotly-anticipated edition of Dubai Rugby 7s.

Set to be one of the hottest tickets of the fast-approaching long-weekend calendar, bosses have confirmed that the unbelievably cool English electronic music duo will headline the musical element to the tough-hitting rugby spectacle.

The chart-topping, Grammy-nominated pair will be wowing crowds on Friday, December 3, dropping some of their biggest hits such as Latch, White Noise and Know Your Worth on the Frequency on 8 stages.

Disclosure will be one of just three cracking acts performing across as many stages over the UAE National Day Weekend.

Also on the line-up are the ultimate rock tribute band, Red Not Chilli Peppers, who will be paying tribute to the LA legends on the Rugby Rocks stage, with rugby-legend-turned-DJ James Haskell spinning the decks on the Beats on 2 stages.

Dubai Rugby 7s is one of the most popular events in the local sporting calendar and is making a storming comeback after a hiatus last year.

Not a fan of the egg-shaped ball? Never fear, as this is far more than just a sports fest.

Big hitters of Cricket 7s will be taking centre stage alongside the ruggers, while a netball tournament is also on the bill. Tasty grub and busy bars are a staple of the annual celebration of sport, as is fancy dress, so get yours sorted pronto and be ready for all manner of costume caper at The Sevens Stadium.

Tickets are already on sale, so make like a speedy winger and dash to get one before they vanish.

At the last count, organisers reckon some Dubai 7s will feature more than 350 teams across the three sports, so wherever you pitch up, you can be sure of a sensational show.
