Heavy Winds And Rain Expected Over Thursday And Friday In UAE

The weather in the UAE was wet and windy on Tuesday. Some parts of the country, such as Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, experienced light showers. In the north and east, rain is expected to occur in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

The weather in the Northern Emirates and the western part of the country will be wet, with rain expected to continue until Thursday. According to the National Meteorological Center, the temperature will drop to around 12 to 17 degrees Celsius. The combination of haze and cloudy conditions will lead to strong winds in the Oman Sea and Arabian Gulf.

According to the weather forecaster, wind speeds could reach speeds of up to 50 kilometers per hour on Thursday and Friday. The police in Abu Dhabi warned drivers to take extra care on the roads. The lowest recorded temperature in the country was at Al Ain’s Raknah, which was at 11 degrees Celsius.
