The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, launched a new initiative that aims to improve the customer service of government agencies in the city. Through the 04 platform, residents can submit suggestions and complaints directly to over 40 government departments.

Through this app, residents can send audio messages or notes to various government agencies, such as the Dubai Police and Land Department. The goal is to get feedback in less than two minutes.
According to Sheikh Hamdan, the UAE has learned a lot from His Royal Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the Prime Minister and Vice President of the UAE. Being proactive is very important for any government to succeed.
Sheikh Hamdan said that the government must listen to the people to make informed decisions. He added that the initiative aims to bridge the gap with the public.

He noted that the future governments of Dubai will rely on the strong relationship between their leaders and customers. Through the 04 platform, officials and other stakeholders will be able to receive and respond to the suggestions and ideas of their customers.
He praised the government’s work team and urged them to continuously engage with the public to meet their expectations. The ultimate goal of the government is to improve the quality of life in Dubai and reinforce its position as a world-leading government.
How it works
Customers can submit their comments by visiting the website, selecting the feedback category, and receiving a reference number for tracking and following up on their enquiries.
The system also supports submission via WhatsApp for Business, where users can add 600500055 as a contact and message directly to submit queries, suggestions and complaints.
