What’s better than Spanish food? Spanish food made with Spanish poultry, and there’s one place banging the drum for both this coming November.

Head over to long-standing Spanish restaurant Seville’s at Wafi on Thursday, November 11 and Friday 12 to get a taste of a variety of Spanish poultry, thanks to a carefully curated Spanish menu.

Straight out of the kitchen of chef Mariano Andres, the two-day exclusive menu has been devised to show off the best produce and cooking techniques from the Iberian nation. The menu will be available on Thursday evening, and all day on Friday.

Chef Aleix Font will also be lending his dab hand to the tasty affair.

Dishes will include warm salad with pickled partridges, chicken cannelloni au gratin with truffled béchamel, quail with garlic and white wine, and rice of free range chicken Asturian-style, all made using authentic Spanish poultry and produce.

Products used for the menu are free range, and raised on a 100 percent vegetarian diet, to make sure each bird lives a happy, stress-free life. The poultry is reared in accordance with demanding EU animal husbandry standards. Poultry products are naturally lean, high in protein and amino acids and low in fat. They make a great base for building all manner of meals from, from light salads to more decadent dishes, like those that await at Seville’s.

With its stucco walls and red bricks, rustic arched windows, and vines clinging across its façade, Seville’s feels more like a hidden Spanish villa tucked in Wafi Pyramids’ rooftop. Subdued lighting, dark wood furnishing, and Spanish tunes in the background radiate the same warm and cosy vibes.

Home to a fantastic selection of regional speciality dishes from Spain paired with a delightful choice of Spanish grape beverages, Seville’s is great for an enjoyable night out with good company.

And with the winter weather now settling in, the time is ripe for enjoying Seville’s beautiful rooftop terrace.
