Atlantis

Atlantis has launched a variety of educational programmes just in time for half term. The hour-long Mini Marine Biologist programme is aimed at kids between three and six and takes place in shallow waters at The Shark Lagoon inside Aquaventure Waterpark, while older kids between 12 and 16 can sign up to a five and a half hour Master Marine Biologist programme with a focus on life forms’ and the habitats in the world’s oceans as they make their way around Dolphin Bay, Sea Lion Point and The Lost Chambers Aquarium. In addition, kids will be able to join a number of 45-minute behind the scenes tours where they can get up close and personal with Atlantis’s dolphins and sea lions. All the programmes and tours will run daily starting from the first day of half term, Sunday February 14.

BOUNCE

Taking place from Sunday February 14 to Thursday February 18, the BOUNCE UAE half term camp promises loads of cool activities including parkour training and a variety of fun games. Costing Dhs190 per day or Dhs750 for the week (with a ten percent discount for siblings), kids from across the emirates can learn some awesome new skills as part of the indoor trampoline park’s new ninja squad. As an added bonus, lunch is included.

Gulf Stars Sports

Looking for a high-energy half term camp to keep your energetic kiddos happy? At Gulf Star Sports Multi-Activity Camps little ones aged three to 15 will take part on a whole host of fun, energy-burning activities. There will be a range of different sports on offer with an emphasis on team games and challenges, and should they exhaust themselves, there will also be the opportunity for some downtime with arts and crafts sessions. The camps run at various locations including Foremarke School and Southview School. Plus there is also a camp running at Dubai Kartdrome offering Karting Camp for kids aged seven to 15, which includes karting on the indoor and outdoor track, laser tag, raceroom and more

Kidz Love Art

On Thursday February 18 wannabe Picassos will be taught how to paint a tiger at Couqley French Bistro & Bar in JLT. The two-hour long Paint & Grow class will use a mixture of pop art and street art synonymous with French artist Le Closier to create a beautiful masterpiece for mums and dads.Kids will start with a hand drawn outline of a tiger, which they can then personalise using a selection of colourful paints. The class costs Dhs225 per child and kicks off at 3.30pm on Thursday February 18.

Simply Gymnastics

The British run gymnastics school in DIP is running a holiday camp for boys and girls between three and 15 this February half term. Kicking off on Sunday February 14 and running for the whole week, little gymnasts will be able to practice they floor work, hone their skills on the bars and nail their balance on the beam. Prices are Dhs150 per day or Dhs550 if you sign up to the whole week, plus sibling discounts are available too. The camp runs from 9am-12pm.

Sky Zone

Table tennis, face painting, pipe out, a zip line and loads more is on offer for kiddos who sign up to the Sky Zone half term camp. Running from Sunday February 14 to Thursday February 18, the sessions are aimed at kids between five and 12. Prices start from Dhs150 per half day session and Dhs250 for a whole day session. Best of all two slices of pizza are included for lunch along with water and juice. The day kicks off at 8.30am and finishes at 2pm for those choosing the half day session, while the fill day ends at 7pm.

Street Maniax

The cool indoor jump park is running the half term camp from Sunday February 14 to Thursday February 18 between 8.30am and 1pm. Costing Dhs150 for a day, or Dhs599 for the whole week, kids will be able to take part in dance classes, art lessons, balloon making and more. The price even includes lunch and juice. In addition to the classes, kids can enjoy the park where there are over ten activities to try including quick flight VR where a mixture of reality and virtual reality promises a unique, fully-immersive experience. High energy kids over the age of eight can also get stuck into some parkour or hone their trampolining skills.

Woohoo

With a focus on education, although the kids would never know, little ones attending this half term camp will be encouraged to “move, connect, explore, examine and imagine” as they take part in various activities such as gardening, arts and crafts, experiments and workshops. The edutainment centre’s half term camp, which is suitable for kids aged four to eight, is running from Sunday February 14 until Thursday February 18 between 8.30am and 1pm. The camp costs Dhs200 per day or Dhs800 for the week, plus siblings get 10 percent off the day price and 25
