Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Waterfall City took the spotlight at the recent African Property Awards held in Dubai, with the Waterfall Management Company accepting accolades on behalf of this remarkable property. Notably, this marks the ninth consecutive time that Waterfall City has been honored at this prestigious event.

Waterfall City’s impressive array of awards in the Best in South Africa 2023-2024 category included recognition for Best Mixed-use Architecture, Best Development Marketing, and Best Developer Website. These distinctions were shared between the Waterfall Management Company and Attacq, Waterfall City’s strategic development partner.

According to the property company, these four awards stand as a testament to the continuous evolution of Waterfall City, a vibrant smart city located in the heart of Gauteng.

Balwin Properties also secured recognition at the event, receiving awards for the Best Leisure Development in South Africa for the Munyaka Lifestyle Estate within Waterfall City. Additionally, the Munyaka Penthouse was awarded the title of Best Apartment/Condominium in South Africa.

Notably, all six of these “Best in South Africa” awards received nominations for the esteemed “Best in Africa” accolades from the International Property Awards – Africa and Arabia chapter.

Waterfall City has consistently impressed, having won the Best Mixed-use Development in Africa eight times in the past nine years and Best International Mixed-use Development five times in six years. It’s worth noting that this marks the second time Waterfall City has received the Best Developer Website in South Africa award.
