The world’s best padel players will be participating in the “Greatest Show on Court” during the World Padel League’s debut event, which will be held in June at the Dubai Sports Council’s Coca-Cola Arena.
The tournament will feature 24 of the world’s best players and four teams. It will also feature concerts with some of the most prominent artists in the world.
The event will be held in Dubai, and the same team that recently won the World Tennis League will be organizing it.
According to Banga, the goal of the tournament is to bring together world-class sports and entertainment to provide an immersive and unique experience for spectators.
“After the success of the World Tennis League and with the incredible growth we see in padel, specifically regionally, we are excited to live up to promise for another blockbuster event.” Saeed Hareb, secretary-general of the Dubai Sports Council, said: “The World Padel League will increase popularity of sport more locally and globally with local and international players showcasing their talent, highlighting tournament rules and standards, and cementing the commitment we made to grow and develop the sports by fostering interest in residents and visitors to pursue active sports.
He noted that the tournament would help attract more talented individuals to the UAE.
