Dazzling Dubai: 17 Nights of Festive Fireworks

Pope Francis to Visit Dubai During Cop28 Climate Conference

Dubai’s December nights are set to sparkle with a spectacular display of fireworks, promising a week-long celebration starting from Christmas Day. The period between Christmas and New Year is traditionally a time of joy and festivities, and this year, Dubai is taking it to the next level with nightly fireworks extravaganzas.

From Monday, December 25, to Sunday, December 31, residents and visitors can witness dazzling pyrotechnic displays lighting up the sky at Al Seef, with the exception of New Year’s Eve, which will feature a grand showcase at 11:59 pm. But the excitement doesn’t end with the turn of the year; Al Seef will continue to host free fireworks displays into January, offering additional shows on Monday, January 1, Tuesday, January 2, Wednesday, January 3, and Thursday, January 4.

The 1.8km stretch at Al Seef provides a perfect setting for a memorable evening. Visitors can stroll through market stalls designed to evoke the charm of the ’60s and indulge in delicious bites from restaurants overlooking Dubai Creek.

However, Al Seef is just the beginning. Dubai has more in store for the city’s skyline, with additional fireworks displays planned for January. Starting from Friday, January 5, 2024, and continuing for ten consecutive nights until Sunday, January 14, 2024, the skies over The Beach opposite JBR and Bluewaters will be illuminated with brilliant sparkles.

Whether you’re looking for a New Year’s Eve celebration or an extended festive experience into January, Dubai’s skyline promises to be a breathtaking canvas of lights.
