Dubai residents and visitors can now streamline their park experience by purchasing entry tickets online through the newly launched Dubai Public Parks website – dubaipublicparks.ae. By doing so, patrons can effortlessly avoid long queues at ticket counters. The online platform facilitates ticket reservations for prominent public parks, including Zabeel Park, Safa Park, Al Mamzar Park, Mushrif National Park, Creek Park, and Children’s City.
For those planning a family outing or a gathering with friends, group tickets can be conveniently reserved and paid for online.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to book public park entry tickets online:
- Visit the Dubai Public Parks website at https://dubaipublicparks.ae/. On the homepage, you’ll find a list of major public parks in the emirate.
- Click on the ‘Book Ticket’ button beneath the desired public park.
- Specify the visit date and select the number of visitors. Children under two years old enter for free.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘Book Ticket.’
- Provide your contact details, including email address, mobile number, full name, and nationality. Click ‘Continue.’
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email for verification.
- Choose your payment method (online or pay at the kiosk), opt for ‘online,’ and complete the payment using your credit or debit card. Upon completion, receive the digital ticket on the website, featuring a QR code. Capture a screenshot or download it to your device. At the park, scan the QR code on the e-gate machines.
Alternatively, the website allows for ticket booking online with payment made at the park through self-service kiosks. Selecting this option generates a reference number for your booking, which can be used at self-service kiosks near park entrances for payment via credit or debit card.
Notably, nol cards are no longer accepted as a form of payment at Dubai public parks. However, visitors can still pay with cash at the ticket counter or use credit cards or mobile wallets at self-service kiosks near park entrances.
The parks available for online ticket bookings include Zabeel Park, Safa Park, Al Mamzar Park, Mushrif National Park, Creek Park, and Children’s City, with plans to introduce tickets for Dubai Frame and Dubai Safari Park in the near future.
