We all know that school fees are expensive in the UAE, but some schools in Dubai take the word ‘expensive’ to new heights.
Indeed, according to a new report from Edarabia detailing the cost of school fees across Dubai, if you want to, you can spend a lot of cash on your children’s education.
1. REPTON SCHOOL, NAD AL SHEBA [ FEES: AED 120,145 PER YEAR ]
And here it is, the most expensive school in Dubai. An elite institution, it’s partnered with Repton in Derbyshire, England, which has a 450-year history as an outstanding private school.
And while the Dubai branch’s history is much shorter, Repton Dubai is highly regarded, constantly being ranked as ‘outstanding’ by the KHDA. What’s more, it teaches both the UK and IB curriculums. Still, all of this comes at a heavy price – AED 120,145 per year.
2. GEMS WORLD ACADEMY, AL BARSHA [ FEES: AED 107,928 ]
Since it was opened in 2008, GEMS World Academy has established itself as an international academy for young global citizens, where students benefit from an education that reaches beyond any single national curriculum.
3. KINGS SCHOOL, NAD AL SHEBA [ FEES: AED 103,200 PER YEAR ]
Yep, the other Kings School makes an entrance on this list, too. Again, this one offers the UK curriculum, consistently good academic results, and highly praised facilities. Still, parents will need to fork out AED 103,200 per year for their kids to attend the school.
