Live your life around the grill? Then you’ll want to read all about a brand-new, lip-glistening immersive grill experience that is launching this weekend at Turkish Village.
Designed with the whole family in mind, the dining delight has been crafted to get the most out of the al fresco season here in Dubai.
Turkish Village in Jumeirah will launch The Mangal – meaning barbecue in Turkish on its lush outdoor terraces from Thursday November 4.
Hungry guests will be able to feast on their choice of premium cuts from Turkish Village’s in-house butcher’s before taking a seat at one of the specially-designed grill tables – each equipped with its very own charcoal barbeque and impressive custom-made extractor, where diners can show off their grilling skills and prepare dinner tableside.
From the meat counter, guests will find a wide selection of meats to choose from including beef ribeye, lamb chops, chicken, kebabs, sausages and more, with prices starting from Dhs110 per kilo.
Steeped in culture and committed to authenticity, Turkish Village’s meats and kebabs draw on the flavours of the ancient cities of Turkey and are infused with the sweetest of spices and marinated overnight for optimum taste.
Diners can choose their preference when it comes to dipping sauces and rubs to totally personalise their grill.
But it’s not just the high-quality cuts that are stealing the show.
No barbecue banquet is complete without a delicious menu of sides, and between warm Turkish breads and salads, plus vegetables to grill, there will be no shortage of full stomachs when you and the gang decide to settle up.
And if that wasn’t enough there is also a menu of traditional Turkish desserts awaiting at the close, including favourites like kunafa, baklava with cream and pistachios, rice pudding, gullaj and more.
The Mangal experience is available at The Turkish Village located in Jumeirah 1 (next to Spinneys and the Jumeirah Grand Mosque – directly across from La Mer) for lunch and dinner.
