Dubai is poised to welcome its inaugural residential clock tower, which will also claim the title of the world’s tallest residential clock tower, as announced by the developers on Thursday.
The collaboration between London Gate, a premium real estate developer in the UAE, and Franck Muller, the renowned Swiss luxury watch manufacturer, was unveiled at a special event in Dubai.
Franck Muller, a trendsetter in the horology industry for the past thirty years, is making its foray into real estate through this unique partnership. 
London Gate’s highly anticipated development in Dubai Marina, standing at an impressive 450 meters, is set to distinguish itself as the world’s tallest residential tower, the first-ever branded residential tower, and the tallest residential clock tower globally.
Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, expressed excitement, stating, “Following the success of our sold-out projects Maya V, Nadine I and II in the UAE real estate market, we are thrilled to introduce our masterpiece in collaboration with the iconic watchmaker Frank Muller. This project marks the inception of Frank Muller’s first-ever branded residences. The tower is named Aeternitas, echoing Franck Muller’s watch of the same name, renowned as the world’s most complex timepiece with 36 complications and 1,483 components, according to the company’s website.

The luxury residential project is scheduled for an official unveiling in January 2024, with residents anticipating handover by 2026.
