World’s Largest Solar Powered Data Centre Launches In Dubai

Shezaadee Gattoo, a South African born entrepreneur and an established make-up artist in Africa has recently founded Match Me Make Up. The company is building a mobile application which utilizes artificial intelligence to recognize an individual’s unique features, a suitable outfit to be worn and customizing unique make up looks to suit an individual for a particular occasion.

“The idea came about when I was briefed to create ten unique pink make up looks on ten different models in just over three hours, to add to that I had not met the models previously. I asked myself, what if there was an app that utilized artificial intelligence to recognize an individual’s unique features, together with a specific outfit they will be wearing. That gave birth to Match Me Makeup.”

Revenue in the United Arab Emirates for the beauty and personal care market amounts to billions with an expected growth every single year. The South African businesswoman was also recently congratulated by the founders of Huda Beauty.

“I feel so special to be acknowledged by people who have built amazing companies in the industry already, Mona and Huda are so sweet and I really appreciate their support.”

Shezaadee plans to enter the UAE market very soon once they have a great footprint in Africa.

“The only reason why we will delay entering into other markets around the world is due to our empowerment programmes in Africa however once that is up and running well, we will be entering the UAE market almost instantly, I love the country and I know Match Me Makeup can find a home here.”

The application will be available on the App Store, Google Play Store and the Huawei Store.
