This new dining experience is available every Saturday, with prices starting from Dhs228 per person. It’s an ideal opportunity to gather with loved ones and savor the finest Asian cuisine in a breathtaking setting.

Food enthusiasts will be delighted to explore the extensive range of Asian favorites showcased in the highly-anticipated Dragon Brunch, featuring the newly introduced menus of Hoi An and Shang Palace.

The Dragon Brunch uniquely blends Vietnamese and Chinese culinary traditions at Hoi An and Shang Palace, celebrating cultural ties to the new year and the brand’s heritage.

What can you expect at this extraordinary brunch? Multiple live cooking stations will be set up, offering delectable options such as live pho, hand-pulled Chinese noodles, Peking duck rolls, and dim sum, complemented by a variety of beverages.

As you indulge in this exceptional spread, enjoy the backdrop of toe-tapping tunes performed by a live duo, adding fresh takes on modern classics. Leading up to the Lunar New Year, special themed offerings will be available, including the Soaring Dragon Set Menu from February 1, priced at Dhs188 per person.

From February 9 onwards, choose from three curated menus—Lantern Festival Menu, Celebratory Set Menu, and Golden Dragon Menu, priced from Dhs288 per person. These expertly prepared menus by Executive Chinese Chef Peter Lau include the traditional Chinese rainbow raw fish salad ‘Yusheng.’

The grand finale on February 10 will be marked by a stylish celebration at Shangri-La Dubai, featuring a lion dance performance. Additionally, a Wishing Tree in the lobby invites you to share your hopes and aspirations for the New Year.

Beyond the Dragon Brunch and festive celebrations, there are other tempting brunch offerings to explore. Indulge in all your Asian favorites at the renowned Yum Cha Brunch at Shang Palace or the Khai Vi Brunch at Hoi An.
